Saudi Interventionism

Post by Socrates »

The recent negotiations between the Tories and DUP have revealed how Saudi Arabia funded the DUP's Brexit campaign, some are speculating that the Saudi's sought a right wing euro-sceptic government for the UK and Ireland in order to have a direct relationship with the UK for arms trading.

Also it is unconstitutional for political parties to be funded by foreign interests. Not that we have a constitution, but it is against the rules of party funding. Also they pretended the money came from someone else, a Scottish millionaire, which is also against the rules. I think they should be suspended from parliament, pending an enquiry.

The hypocrisy is unreal. Corbyn was criticised during the election for talking to the IRA and then immediately afterwards, May violates the Good Friday agreement by trying to form a government with DUP. Next chance we get, the Tories have to go for good.

They won't do anything about it , hippocrits. The papers need to kick up a fuss. John Major was much more decent than May could e8be.
