Been trying to respond to this for a few weeks. I guess my ideal world is one of creativity and destruction as a way of forming life, not just reactions, but positive projects.

Well, my ideal world would be inhabited by shapeshifting beings taking shapes of anthropomorphic animals of their liking ( no humans, humans are naturally rotten and deemed to be doomed ) it's kind off like steampunky-victorian British Empire esque state, with classical and art deco stylists dominating the world. The most appreciated form of art are radio plays with radio systems being dominant medium. Inhabitants are not involved in the selfish process of creating social media, and the main form of intercontinental communication are letters and telegrams. The universally used language is reformed Latin ( adjusted for grammar constructions for time travellers and for logical abstract concepts ). The dominant form of transport are trains, metros, steamboats and zeppelins. In this world all diseases are curable and malfunctioning organs can be easily replaced with bio-mechanical replacement. The Government is council consisting of thinkers, scientists and special investigators. The inhabitants of this world are keen to simplistic elegance in clothing. Also as an added bonus orgies are regular occurrences, that are not criminalised, happening everywhere at random and everyone is sexually liberated, that helps to keep peace and happiness. The main values of this world are Truth and Free Will. The previously mentioned council is stylised after Bavarian Illuminati and Freemasons. Only "minus" of that perfect world are Lovecraftian Great Old Ones that like to mess with psychics and dreams of inhabitants of the world ( it makes life extra spicy ).

How would people die? Death is a vital necessity for life.

I guess maybe people wouldn't die and would stop reproducing when necessary.

This is the problem when talking about ideals in a 'pressure point' political way. I don't think this would be the case, I think you would have a never ending production line.

Post-humanism narratives of cyborg progress are only going to be for those who can afford it. Most likely to get to such an ideal world we will have a scenario not unlike the matrix, the island or some other 'the production becomes consumed' modes of action, where the superfluous are harvested for organs and other biological material to get to the kind of technology that can eliminate all illness and offer spare parts - life is defined by death, our aims and happiness are all drives that stem from knowing death is coming.

I agree, but we cling to life because that is all we know. So we give it a good effort to survive for as long as possible and more, and disregard any notion that "for life to flourish we must die", no, not us, never us, and if us, then what is out to kill us must die first.

I think that the Inhabitants of My Ideal Worlds would cherish the absurd and that they would be dying willingly, whenever they fell like it and death would be highly celebrated ( making the grand party before committing suicide and having fun before perishing is a suitable solution ). Also they could die as a result of the accident, being murdered, sentenced for death, losing a bet etc.

Oh that is an interesting twist.

People seem to be easy to convince to go after any symbol of value, even to their own loss of life.
