A small bug with preformatted code which appears to be that two newlines are used in the output for every one newline in the input. Below an example, unpreformatted first, followed by the preformatted version:
1
2
3
1
2
3
Additionally angle brackets get eaten, nomnom.

I need to sort out how code renders, was always in the back of my mind.
Sorted it - I added an old school terminal view.

Re: Preformatted code double spaced
This isn't exactly about what you are bringing up here, but I wondered if you are amused by the sort of thing in this video:
Preformatted code double spaced
Amused is the wrong word for how I feel about those types of technical issue :-D
It's the type of issue that, when I was more heavily into coding, and I came up against something similar, I'd need all my focus to deal with it, and I'd hate it. Then once resolved, all detail was expunged from my memory and I wouldn't go near that bit of code ever again.

I need to add a copy code button. Will do it later.
