Right click options + quick quote active

I have added right click functionality for most features on desktop (open in new tab etc) and for mobile.

You now have Quick Quote functions which allow you to quote selected text and to quote it in the reply!

Just select text, hit quote and the quote will appear in the reply box.

Those are awesome additions and I am so glad that the great feedback combined with your amazing skills were able to make those features a really helpful reality now!
