New sidebar options

You can now see all of your own topics and posts in the section at the bottom of the sidebat menu.
It also contains a history section that shows all of the topics you have visited - that way you can revisit topics you may have visited using the random button or go back to topics that are no longer in the feed since you last visited so should be easier to keep track of your activity on IndieAgora Discuss.
