To explain this in a more reasonable sense, it works like sensory deprivation.
Except if you want to go further with this exercise you deprive your entire sense of language.
Emerging neuroscience suggests that linguistic categories are key to the development of "rational" or "logical" human thought. Usurp synapse lol.
This will do trippy stuff guaranteed, it but it's based on psycholinguistics, not all this mystic crap that she is talking about.

This seems very interesting. I was tripping on shrooms over easter and unknowingly did this on a smaller degree - only reaponding to prompts that werent associated with egoistic sources and i must say it felt very alligning.
