Great question, I hesitated to use that term momentarily as I also thought it might be confusing potentially.
Firstly, my beliefs are that before things or information there was non-information which necessarily had to have the ability to generate information, the drive to use that innate ability, and the ability to choose what to generate or not generate and what is generated is also made of what is not generated and that such is replaced by another specific generation which eradicates the prior shape or combination of information generated of hat is and isn't, and that part is the origin of what can be called "intellect" or "intelligence", based on this apparent "choosing".
What this "non-information" is, is not a "thing" in the same sense as anything made out of information is considered a thing, but is similar to "action" or "change", what is in between one moment or another moment, or one frame or another frame and what is responsible for one frame then another frame and that one frame is the way it is and then that it is gone and the next frame is the way it is exactly, "frame" is being used as a word for a moment of exact experience as it is, so inclusive of whatever is in that moment for the experiencer. We don't have access to anything except our experience which no one else is experiencing, because if they were they would be us that moment and not anything else. This "intelligence" generating these moments of experience within itself as the overall medium for such, real space being illusory along with time as only conceptual and within experiences, has these opened to it as is, so is experiencing the full information as those are parts of the experience or information combination, one could think of it as a complete body per experience that moment, and it only is one moment, then it is gone and replaced with another. Whatever is doing that, whatever is responsible for change itself and action itself and the impression of animation and a moment and another moment, is not the moment itself, so whatever is actually responsible on the highest or utmost level for it is what is being talked about by me as that power of action itself which is necessary and responsible for the generated information we experience and the sense of consistency between any which only exists in the moment too or the particular momentary experience, but a sense of processing includes the idea of a past moment and memory all of which we are only accessing in any now.
So in that sense, nothing is really man-made, even man-made things are generated by this, there is no real agency in my worldview, but regardless, we still operate as if it is real, because it seems to be and might as well be because of that.
So what is being called "man-made" in this particular case is the attempt by people trying to be authorities and to herd people through concepts using language, using social elements like shaming and harassment, using systems, platforms, an apparatus they have constructed, like an online game or "Meta" and virtual world that lots of people have been loaded into "or else you don't know what is going on, you can't function in the world, the coupon requires you to go to our site and register", so they've tried to increasingly coerce people into participating in this construct, a dungeon, and besides separating people from reality and forcefully influencing people into thinking of their dramatic and sensationalized version of propaganda and brainwashing and government programs peddling influence and authority are reality and the only worthwhile reality that you must involve yourself with and orient yourself in relation to it.
So, like people make video games or jails, on the mundane level anyway, they've positioned themselves all over the internet to make it a trap and a machine that monitors people, threatens their wellbeing, and sucks out their brains, replacing it with stupid non-sense that is worse than fiction, crapifying fiction and making the worthless rubbish that they call "important" but which no one can seemingly do a damned thing about in the slightest, the only thing that they make out to be respectable and adult and worthy of attention, when it is full of so many subtle and overt lies, so many things that from the very core or base that they build upon are wrong and misleading, hurtful, poisonous, so foundationally wrong, but worse than wrong, downright malign and mind-destroying.
The whole big idea seems to be to keep people unproductive, unstimulated, drained, zombies achieving nothing really, ready to be slaughtered as totally expendable excess population, otherwise to work with no hope or thoughts or independence as basically just bodies with no time for anything, unable to even afford entertainment or leisure, working doing things like moving around files or boxes which serve little overall purpose, busy work that should have been left for machines by now.
What seems to threaten these people is thought itself, and after thought, communicating the thoughts, just like the concerns in the "Tower of Babel" story, because thought, including creativity and philosophy, is dangerous and unstable, so maniacal control freaks and "God on Earth" types despise all such things, and especially that such should reach others.
To counter such things from emerging they create or buy out and hijack means that they make convenient and centralized hubs or markets, the "forum" where this communication is considered the "proper place" for such things, then they spam it with pod people, their own agents that they pay or start saying who happen to say or are saying what they want and prefer, even to the point that only their special language, symbols, and codes, are considered acceptable, and only those using them are allowed to reach the people, real, organic communication between any outsiders is cut off, the people think they are communicating to or receiving communication from real people, who present some information to insist that they are "people like you", but they are just put in those positions, whether they realize it or not, because they are worthless sh*t, specifically because they are sh*t and say nothing of value, do nothing if value, make nothing of value, they are just useful because they speak the language and use the lingo and spread the mind darkening messages, even if it is just a cooking show or something, that the authorities feel will keep the population dead and addicted to their world and worldview, and will keep out everything else, very strictly. The rest is constantly quashing even a modicum of creativity from any direction, already by making any such unlikely to make any headway or get any traction in their system which doesn't allow for progress in such matters, only cooperation with any pre-calculated groups or paths or categories which have a system of support and funders backing them each, ultimately working for the same goal, the death of the human mind and heart and soul and will. There isn't even a great point to it, it becomes totally arbitrary. It stemmed from a place of greed and fear and lust, everything misdirected and unwarranted and none of their business anyway, but the idea that their positions at the top of the world might be threatened or lost, as hard earned as they may have seemed in the annals of their ancestors, they don't want such to ever be allowed to throw them down, but they too also particularly care nothing for art or beauty or life or nature ir truth, only artifice, only "manufacture", only numbers, practically without meaning, like true r*t*rds, they've lost all sense of anything if they ever had any, but really they didn't, they lack interest in life or people, they are dead and create dead systems in a dead world, they gave up the ghost, so their world isn't one haunted by spirituality, the truth, or much that comes from those things. They can't control chaos or the reality or the truth, all of which comes through freedom, so they create things, their own playgrounds, where they make up everything and can suppress reality and the invasive truths or differences or instability with manufactured lies.
The only way to deal with something like this, or the only right way, is to spurn it, and keep tripping it up in whatever ways possible.
They have increasingly tried to make this totally imaginary apparatus necessary and weighty upon the people, through endless bureaucracy and paperwork and obstructions like a sick maze that leads absolutely nowhere, it is only meant to exhaust people, to keep oneself from ourselves, to keep us away from being able to think or feel, to "k*ll" us even while we live, so that we are talking about their mind-numbing nothingness instead of anything of ours, and even when we speak of things we call "ours" it isn't, they were given to us or imposed, it was a trick, they have us talking about their sh*t repeatedly and endlessly.
Certain things seem to peer through, especially as thongs decay, things become old, they become outmoded, they become irrelevant and pointless seeming to the context today, they seem silly, this is where the ghost, which is the air, starts seeping back into the place and up our nostrils and over our resting hairs and stimulates us again, the right channeling of fear, the right channeling of everything, so we start to think a bit, to feel a bit, and they will, if they get wind of it themselves or sniff it out, disparage it in every way, every impulse will come over them to shut down anything that isn't chanting along with this or that team song that people are wasting their entire short lives over.
Not only could they do nothing, but they didn't even get a chance to think, all their lives, they were fooled, their time was wasted, and they didn't get to "waste their time", which is just the opposite really, it is simply what these genuinely muck brained deviants creating these mechanisms and managing them don't want, and they don't care, just threatening them is a bad use of a body they wish didn't exist anyway. Really, they should be sent into a state where they needn't worry anymore, but they cling to numbers, including the "numbers getting bigger" of their pointless lifespans.
Look even what they call a life well lived, or "success", it is all totally stupid in the extreme, only serving them really, it isn't a life well lived at all, it is just "numbers getting bigger, numbers got bigger, good then, because", these are our top people, our "geniuses", our great leaders, leaders of all the organizations, troglodytes first numbers. Lobotomizing them might have an opposite effect on them since they are so unbelievably f*cking stupid already and practical "vegetables" by their total focus on mere numbers changing, especially becoming bigger, yeah, that is what they can do, who gives a f*cksh*t", morons! So, like the legal system of any country, I mean that I perceive this as artifice funded by and totally controlled by a malicious group that, whether they do so very consciously or not, try to suppress all thinking, and ultimately spirituality that can come from thinking which is not getting interfered with, interrupted, confused, stopped, diverted, disparaged, manipulated, contorted, led away, it is like clicking on and off a light or disrupting a signal to interfere with a person's processing so that they can not process anything properly and are shoved and funneled into one controlled line or another, all creativity, stimulation, hope, which leads to what I consider openings for spiritual thinking, even if it is not the same or anything I'd consider good or worthwhile, it is far better to me than the hell and prison-thinking of the latest efforts of population and moreover mental control and creating a terrifying spectre of authority which is nothing but a ghost for the most parts, with possessed freaks with weapons towards the back.
