Nick Land
Nick Land is perhaps the most mind-bending philosopher I have ever encountered, with the exception of Deleuze and Guattari. Here is one of his works, 'Fanged Noumena'.

Re: Nick Land
It's been a year of great books but this truly is something else. I can't put it down. Land gives excellent radical interpretations of Kant, Shopenhauer, Nietzsche, Heidegger, Deleuze, Guattari and Freud, but in a way that lays them out in a simple form.
I'm currently on 'Spirit and Teeth'.
So much to digest, but one part that stuck out was his reading of D&G - genius is the schizophrenic, the overman (overcoming without termination).

This is a story about dangerous ideas, and words’ magical power to heal and to harm. It’s about AI, Charles Manson, dubstep, Neo-Nazis, occultism, and a lot of amphetamine, but it’s mainly about Nicholas Land.

Re: Nick Land
Would you consider it your all time favorite or is there something else you have liked more and like more? Have you found other thinkers and ideas out there like in oublished materials or blogs that you have found thought provoking and interesting to the same degree or greater?
Have you read criticism of Nick Land and aldo those objecting to or saying he is harmful, and what do you think and what do you make of what they are saying and them?
Are any of his ideas helpful in your opinion, and in what ways or how so?
I view Nick Land's work as a type of aesthetic modification of presentation, I view it from the perspective of an artist or in relation to the psychology connected to presentation, so I may not be getting whatever it is that may be inspiring people seemingly somehow taking from the writing a gameplan for trying to ruin life for lots of people the way that some evil supervillain tech billionaire nerds may supposedly be taking it, but I aldo think that goes guys are rich and stupid, not the geniuses they wish they were, and that they just get off on being cartoonishly evil and wielding their power as if it is their phallus, so they are more like ehat people might imagine to be primitives rather than sophisticates, and they look at Nietzche and now Nick Land and pretty much just try to find where they can fit in and what they may be able to pretend to try to be responsible for lots of impact, probably ideally negative impact for them to inflict. So basically psychopaths. I hope that Nick Land isn't really one or one of them like some claim he is just because some of the bad ones might say that they are getting their ideas from his writing. I do wonder if it is good to make available to the general public or everyone things that may be potentially used for harm or inspiring harm, but then the bad people would probably just be the only ones to hear it anyway and we would know less about what they are supposedly influenced by, which is still probably the case for the most part and whatever the public receives is not the "light" they have access to and keep to themselves.
I've recently come to question a lot of the freedom and not being able to do anything to people because of it, and prople just allowed to promote heinous things and grow movements and mobilize people towards evil. It also seems that the powerful have a policy that they are allowed to punch and shoot and silence but no one else can or else, which isn't good for the majority of people.
If Nick Land is somehow responsible for the things going on in the world today, would it have been better to go back in time and change the course of his life, interests, and work? Would it have been better for the world if certain things, and certain vessels, like certain people and their works and deeds never came to be? This would especially seem to be easy to convince people of if only a tiny bunch benefits while the majority suffers, so most would likely agree that in those cases where the majority benefits are better than those where the majority suffers.
