Top Nav Bar Changes

I have made viewing the site on smaller screens better. Now when you scroll down the page the top menu bar hides until you scroll back up. I have also moved the hamburger menu for Discuss into the top left of the menu bar which now opens with a sidebar menu and keeps the feed cards more visible. I noticed that the site looked a bit 'letterbox NTSC' and at times the content of the cards were barely visible, hopefully this change will make everything look less squashed and the content becomes the primary object on the screen.
